Natural (Council) Mulch is a popular garden mulch used in gardens to retain moisture and promote healthy plant growth.
Made of recycled tree clippings, this mulch is used on top of soil in gardens initially then after a period of time it breaks down and can be mixed into the soil as a compost, therefore fertilising the soil.
